“We had a complet system( heat pump, furnacel and air handling equipment) installed in 2016. We has subseqent issues with the hear pump and varioius compoments during the summer of 2021. Tom and his crew were timely and efficient in working with us to reslove the issues, especially with supply chain issues that impacted the industry. Unfortunately, the issue was ongoing into the winter when the heat pump unit continued to have issues. Rather than repair the good people at Alpine Aire, led by Tom sent Kyle and Tony to replace our entire system at no expense to us this spring. The new system has worked well with no issues through the balance of the spring and now into our summer. I highly recommend this company as they stand behind their products, and their work. Their crews are professional, and courteous to work with…..5 Plus stars.”
